Wir sind eine ländliche 4 er Haus WG bei Borgfeld/Lilienthal und möchten unser großes (40qm) Wohnzimmer vermieten, da wir es kaum nutzen.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer wurde grade komplett renoviert (neue Fenster, Wände etc.).
Wir haben eine große Wohnküche in der wir uns die meiste Zeit treffen.
Zwischenmiete oder längere Zeit wäre beides ok.
Wir sind von Anfang 20 bis 30 Jahre alt und haben eine Bordercollie Hündin.
Kosten: 450€
Das ganze Haus hat Fußbodenheizung. Wir haben einen großen Garten mit Lagerfeuerstelle und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne. Wir mögen es gerne ordentlich und es ist ziemlich sauber bei uns :)
Du brauchst ein Auto um hier zu wohnen.. es sind 3 km bis zur Bahnhaltestelle in Borgfeld. Oder du fährst super gerne Fahrrad.
