We offer a fully renovated apartment which has three seperate rooms to be rented by students. Along with the apartment, you can use the generous garden and a basement area with a washing mashine and a dryer. If needed, you can rent a garage for your car.
Next to the three rooms, there is a big kitchen and of course a bathroom. From the kitchen, you can walk to the garden with a covered terrace.
The rooms are fully funished with a bed, a table and a shelf which makes it easier for you to move in.
We speak German, English, French, Spanish and Italian which may help you to clarify further details easier.
The three rooms have different prices because of the sizes and are as follows:
Room # 1: (14 square meter) 170,00 Euro
Room # 2: (11 square meter) 150,00 Euro
Room # 3: (16 square meter) 190,00 Euro
The above mentioned prices are for the rent only and do not include the costs for energy and water. From our other projects we gained the experience that 100,00 Euro per room and month are sufficient to cover these parameters under normal consumption. Thus, the "warm rent" for the rooms have a surcharge of 100,00 Euro. Upon receiving the bills for energy and water, you will either be sent a credit or debit note.

Hallo zusammen,
wir bieten ein vollständig renoviertes Apartment mit drei einzelnen Zimmern in Bremen Nord an. Neben dem Apartment kann ein eigener, großzügiger Garten sowie der Keller mitgenutzt werden. Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Trockner.
Es kann auch eine Garage angemietet werden, falls jmd. sein Auto unterstellen möchte.
In der Wohnung befindet sich auch eine schöne, große Küche sowie ein saniertes Badezimmer. Von der Küche aus gelangt man in den Garten mit der Terasse.
Die Zimmer sind möbliert mit einem Bett, Tisch und Regal, so dass man direkt einziehen kann.
Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und Italienisch, so dass alle Belange auch in diesen Landessprachen abgewickelt werden können.
In dem Apartment befinden sich drei Zimmer:
Zimmer # 1: (14 qm): 170,00 Euro
Zimmer # 2: (11 qm): 150,00 Euro
Zimmer # 3: (16 qm): 190,00 Euro
Bei diesen Mieten handelt es sich um Kaltmieten, die noch keine Abschläge für Energie und Wasser beinhalten. Aus anderen Projekten haben wir die Erfahrung gewonnen, dass 100,00 Euro pro Zimmer und Monat ausreichen, um alle Kosten zu decken.
The apartment is situated in Bremen Nord / Blumenthal.
The street Lüssumer Kamp is very safe and silent. There is only traffic from the residents.
The connection to the main train station Bremen or the Jacobs University is brilliant. With a walk of 4-5 minutes you can reach a tram station which takes you directly to the Jacobs University or Bremen main train station. The ride to the tram station at Jacobs University takes 20 minutes and to the main train station ca. 37 minutes.
Shops for daily business such as a supermarket for groceries and a pharmacy are very close (less than 5 minutes walking).
In the nearby vicinity you can also find several shops, bars, cafes etc. which enables everybody to settle daily wishes quickly.

Das Apartment befindet sich in Bremen Nord im OT Blumenthal.
Die Straße „Lüssumer Kamp“ ist sehr sicher und ruhig. Der einzige Verkehr in der Straße wird durch die Anwohner hervorgerufen.
Der Vorteil von dem Apartment ist die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. In nur 4 Minuten ist man direkt am Bahnhof und kann in 20 Minuten zur Haltestelle der Jacobs University fahren oder in 37 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof in Bremen.
Die Dinge des täglichen Lebens wie zum Beispiel ein Supermarkt oder eine Apotheke sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
