The room is located on the 3rd floor of the building. It is equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, book stand and an armchair. The location of the residence is perfect for students of the Hochschule Bremen, as well as University ones.
The tram station is just less than one minute from the building (Am Neuen Markt). You can take the bus number 24 which is right in front of the building, to go to Hochschule Bremen in less than 3 minutes. Or you can walk to the campus in less than 10 minutes. Taking the same bus, you can also reach the city centre in just 5 minutes and the Haupbahnhof (Main Station) in 10 minutes. It is only 5 stops away from the airport to the residence and you will take tram number 6. If you study in the Universität (University of Bremen), you can also take tram number 6 and it will only take you around 20 minutes.
The facilities nearby are well equipped too. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. A huge Rewe and Aldi are just opposite to the residence and they open till late night from Mondays to Saturdays. Everything you need is just around the corner.
You can also reach the Weser in just 3 minutes and enjoy a relaxing walk or go for a run along the river!
The building has 28 rooms, 14 rooms per floor. Each floor has its own kitchen and there are 4 bathrooms per floor, so there is never a congestion in the morning. The kitchen has a dishwasher, several fridges(more than enough for everyone to store their food) and of course oven, microwave...etc. You are welcome to use the cooking utensils in the kitchen. There is also a basement with washing machines and dryers, as well as enough space for bicycles. There is a cleaning lady to clean up the kitchen and the bathrooms every Monday.
Most of us living here are from Hochschule Bremen and we cook and party together! You will meet a lot of people from different backgrounds and it is always so fun to hang out together. You will never be bored as you can always find someone to chat with or even have beers with the flatmates!
