I have a spare room in my flat which I would like to rent out for 1/2 months. The room is 14 sqm and has a 140 X 200 mattress and clothing rail and a small rack for your belongings. My flat is a 5-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof and the flat is well equipped with TV, internet, washing machine and a kitchen with everything one may need.
The flat is very centrally located, supermarket, tram stop, Central Station, shopping, nightlife are within a 500-meter radius. Opposite to the flat is the Finanz Amt of Bremen and a nice park and a lake. Parking is possible outside the building.
I work full-time in the city of Rotenburg so I commute to work every day. I am looking for a flat-mate for 1/2 months to share the costs with me. I have been living in this flat since February and it is the perfect place to relax after a long in day after work. I am vegetarian and cook several times a week. I would appreciate a flatmate who is considerable of my working hours and of my belongings in the flat that we have to share.
I would be open to spending some time together certain evenings over te, beer or netflix.
