Da ich nächstes Jahr für drei Monate die Welt erkunde, möchte ich mein Zimmer von Februar bis Ende April an eine nette Zwischenmieterin abgeben.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übernommen.
Ich freue mich auf Anfragen und ein persönliches Gespräch, in dem wir uns kennenlernen können! :)
Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist in nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zur Innenstadt sind es gerade mal zehn Minuten mit der Straßenbahn aber auch zu Fuß sehr gut machbar.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Zur Zeit wohne ich in der Wohnung mit meiner Mitbewohnerin, Julia.
Sie wird nächstes Jahr für die drei Monate deine Mitbewohnerin sein.
Wir führen ein sehr angenehmes WG-Leben in der Wohnung. Jeder hat genug Freiraum für seine eigenen Sachen aber dennoch ist jemand zu Hause, der Zeit und Lust zum Quatschen hat, zum Kochen, Wein trinken oder Pizza bestellen :D
