Hey guys,
since I will go for a Erasmus-exchange in September I would like to underlease my two rooms during this time. I will leave at about the 15. August and will return ca. 15.04.2020. The rooms are seperated into 8 and 12 qm. The bigger one has got the direct entry to the balcony (really nice! :O) and both of the rooms are pretty bright and absolutely sufficient since you can seperate the working and sleeping area.
The first time of the Erasmus, I already had a subletter and would like to use the next two months for traveling back, so the roomst are available again and can be used be another person.
Is very suitable for people who will only stay for a short while in Bremen or decided to visit the city spontanously.
The WG is located in Findorff near the weekly-market (which takes place 3 times a week) and the main street Hemmstraße. So pretty central in Findorff.
The 3 further WG-members are totally uncomplicated, really nice and most of the time silent.
