Cozy Room within a three-bedroom flat-share with friendly flatmates. With a beautiful view into the garden of the complex filled with birds and squirrels roaming about. During the winter it is the ideal size to keep the room warm and cozy and during the summer the leaves grow back to keep the room cool during the days.
The flat is fully furnished with all you need from plates and pots down to toilet paper shared between the ladies. There are two bathrooms, (one is only with toilet and sink) you have your own fridge and pantry space.
The Kitchen is very big with a table to seat three and a couch.

The complex has two entries from the line 4 Tram. One path is short and direct path with three grocery stores on route. (Rewe, Aldi, Lidil) The other route is much more seanic with the beautiful homes of Horn on one side and the Botanical Garden on the other.
My roomates are amazing as we live as a extened family having breakfast/dinner together at times. We share all items which is used by all in the flat (toilet paper, disinfectants, dishwashing liquid) is purchased as a unit in turns. The bathroom also has a cleaning schedule. The kitchen is always left clean after each person has used it to be respectful of the shared facilities.
