My bright 1.5 rooms in a shared flat will be available for about 6 months starting from end of august til next year 2024 February, anyway the exact duration can vary according to your needs. The big room (14sqm) has all necessities, like a bed, desk, seating options, small wardrobe etc. The small room (6sqm) i use for home office or yoga or just chilling. The apartment has a waschmaschine, stove, fridge, etc. We are on the 3rd floor but our house has a big garden as well on the 1st floor which you can use for relaxing or sun bathing or as well for BBQ. We have a big basement for storage and to park your bike, you can use my bike as well during your time of stay in our flat.
My flatmate is a busy female who mostly travels or is out most of the time, so you would have the apartment to yourself mostly.
The apartment is right across the lake where you can swim, picknick or paddle. Restaurants and a big supermarket are 1-2 min away, same for the tram which takes you within 10 minutes to the city center and the central station/railway station.

Ich orientiere mich beruflich neu und stelle meine 1.5 wunderschöne Zimmer zur ZWISCHENMIETE zur Verfügung (6 Monate). Nach Absprache kann auch optional kürzer oder länger vom angegebenen Zeitraum untergemietet werden.
Das große Zimmer ist etwa 14 qm groß u c das kleine 6qm welches ich zum
Home office Oder Yoga nutze . Die Zimmer sind in einer WG mit einer berufstätigen Frau, die nur ein eigenes Zimmer in der Whg nutzt. Sie reist viel und ist viel unterwegs, macht aber auch gelegentlich Home office. Daher hat man die Wohnung meist und/oder überwiegend alleine für sich.
Der Werdersee ist schräg gegenüber und zu Fuß in 1min erreichbar, dort kann man paddeln, schwimmen oder picknicken. Auch ein großer Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Cafe's und Restaurant's sind auch 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, sowie die Strassenbahn Linie 4, mit der man innerhalb von 10min in die Innenstadt und auch den Hauptbahnhof erreicht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl.
Das Haus hat einen großen Garten , der genutzt werden kann. Man kann sich dort entspannen, sonnen oder grillen.Das große Zimmer ist mit einem 90x2m Bett, einem Schreibtisch, einem kleinen Kleiderschrank, Kleiderstange, Ottoman und Regal möbliert. Das kleine Zimmer hat eine Sitzgelegenheit und einen Schreibtisch. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzte Küche ist mit einem Herd, Ofen, Kaffeemaschine, etc allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne.
Eine Abstellmöglichkeit bietet der große Kellerraum im Haus, dort befindet sich auch ein Fahrrad, was genutzt werden darf. Das Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht.
Die Warmmiete kostet 500€ pro Monat + eine Kaution einer Warm Miete (500€) ist erwünscht.
