Das Zimmer ist möbliert und hat einen Einbauschrank und einen Klamottenschrank, welche benutzt werden können. Die Möbelstücke bleiben alle so wie auf den Fotos. Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster zum Hinterhof. Von der Küche der Wohnung ist der Zugang zum Balkon auf dem geraucht oder Sonne getankt werden kann.
The room is furnished and has a built-in wardrobe and a clothes closet, which can be used. The pieces of furniture all remain as in the photos. The room has a window to the backyard. From the kitchen of the apartment is the access to the balcony where you can smoke or sunbathe.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in der Neustadt. Zum Werdersee sind es ca 5 min Fußweg, wo man gut spazieren oder auf einer grünen Wiese am Wasser verweilen kann. Es gibt genug Supermärkte in der Nähe (Rewe oder Penny am nähsten). Die Wohnung ist sehr nahe von der Kornstrasse und Buntentorsteinweg, wo es Cafés, Kneipen und Essensmöglichkeiten gibt. Von der Station Schwankhalle ist man mit der Linie 4 gut angebunden und wäre in ca 10min am Hauptbahnhof.
The apartment is located in a quiet street in the new town. To the Werdersee it is about 5 min walk, where you can walk well or linger on a green meadow by the water. There are enough supermarkets nearby (Rewe or Penny closest). The apartment is very close from Kornstrasse and Buntentorsteinweg, where there are cafes, pubs and food options. From the station Schwankhalle you are well connected with the line 4 and would be in about 10min at the main station.
Das Wg leben ist unverbindlich aber trotzdem gemeinschaftlich. Du würdest mit Jan zusammen leben.
Hallo ich bin Jan (22) und ich studiere an der Uni Bremen Kulturwissenschaften. Neben dem Studium verbringe ich gerne Zeit draußen. Im Wg Kontext koche ich gerne zusammen oder unterhalte mich bei einem Tee oder einer Zigarette auf dem Balkon oder in der Küche. Ansonsten bin ich auch gerne in meinem Zimmer am Musik hören. Was putzen und so angeht hoffe ich, dass es über direkte Kommunikation so funktioniert, dass es ausgeglichen ist.

Hello I am Jan (22) and I study cultural studies at the University of Bremen. Besides my studies I like to spend time outside. In the Wg context I like to cook together or chat over a tea or a cigarette on the balcony or in the kitchen. Otherwise I also like to listen to music in my room. As for cleaning and such, I hope that it works via direct communication so that it is balanced.
