2er WG Buntentor/Neustadt suche MitbewohnER Ü25
Suche MitbewohnER Ü25 für 2erWG im Buntentor (Neustadt/Werdersee) KEINE Zwischenmiete und NICHT möbeliert. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer, 2 kleinere je 14qm und ein großes von 18qm mit Holzfußboden, weil Altbremer Haus sind auf 3 Einzelräume aufgeteilt Küche, Wannenbad mit Tageslicht und seperates WC . Verteilt ist das ganze auf +60 qm in einem hellen Altbau ( hohe Decken, große Fenster ) in der Jahnstraße. Balkon von der Küche aus.
Keller, Waschkeller aber noch ohne WaMa. Küche zurzeit noch britisch, ich zieh halt selber noch ein und mach gerade meine "Uni-Endspurtpause".
Der Ganze kostet 230 Kalt + 65 Strom/Gas Kaution = 295 Euro warm.
Dazu kommt noch die Kaution von 370 Euro und die obligate Diskusion wo geraucht wird (selber Raucher). Keine Haustiere, gerne Studenten und/oder Leute die auch in der Gastronomie jobben und/oder die halt ganz allgemein gerne in einer zentrumsnahen Stadtecke von Bremen mit viel Grün, Altbau, Kultur und Gedöns wohnen wollen.
