In der oberen Etage liegt das Zimmer mit Eichenparkett .Es ist hell und gemütlich. . Die Lage ist sehr begehrt, da der Werdersee vor der Tür liegt. Einkaufsmöglicjkeiten sind zahlreich. Die Sraßenbahn 4 und der Bus sind 3 min entfernt. Cafes sind an der Ecke, Kneipen etwas weiter in 6 min zu erreichen.
Die Mitbewohner sind in akademischen Berufen und international. Essen und Zusammensein sind nach Geschmack zu gestalten. Wir wünschen uns ein ruhiges Zusammenleben mit Wärme und Respekt vor den individuellen Bedürfnissen, deswegen halten wir sauber und sind vor allem nachts ruhig. .
