Hey neue(r) Mitbewohner_in,
da ich bald nach München umziehe, sucht meine WG eine(n) neue(n), nette(n) Mitbewohner_In für ein ca. 20 qm großes, helles Zimmer zum 01.09.2019 (zur Zwischen-miete bis Ende Oktober 2020). Nach Absprache kann das Zimmer auch paar Tage früher (Ende August) zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Das Zimmer ist mit Laminat-Boden ausgelegt und hat ein sehr großes Fenster / eine Tür zum Balkon mit einem direkten Blick zur Piepe und zum Werdersee. Es wird voll-möbliert vermietet (wie es in den Fotos zu sehen ist).
Unsere Wohnung ist ca. 125 qm groß, besitzt 2 Bäder, einen großen
Wohnbereich mit Wohnküche, einen Balkon mit Blick zum Werdersee, Fahrradabstellplatz, Abstellraum im Keller sowie einen Fahrstuhl. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, DSL-Telefonflatrate, etc.

Since I am moving to Munich soon, we are looking for a new flat-mate for my fully furnished spacious 20 sqm room for the period from 01.09.2020 till 31.10.2020, at request the room may be made available even up to one week earlier at no extra cost. The room has a balcony with direct view on the Piepe lake and towards Werdersee.
The 125 sqm apartment is fully furnished and has 2 bathrooms, a big living-room with a comfortable sofa, a kitchen, basement, bike room, and is fully equipped with everything one could need; like washing machine, dishwasher, internet, TV, telephone, etc.
Die Wohnung liegt im Buntentorsteinweg, nicht weit vom Werdersee entfernt.
Bis zum Leibnizplatz sind es nur ca. 250 Meter. Somit hat man von hier aus eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (z.B. auch Linie 4 Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Haltestelle Rotes Kreuz-Krankenhaus) und ebenfalls sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Imbiss und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür (Penny, Rossman, Gemüse-Laden, Apotheke, etc.) .

The apartment is located in Buntentorsteinweg, directly in front of the Tram 4 stop "Rotes-Kreuz-Krankenhaus". The Werdersee is at the doorstep and the "Leibnizplatz" is around 250 m away; from there you have direct connection to the university and to the airport. The apartment is surrounded by all possible everyday- or shopping- needs; starting from supermarkets (Penny, Rewe, Kiosk) to pharmacy to Rossmann to bakeries to restaurants and Imbiss to bank (Sparkasse), etc. all in front of the building or within 50m distance.
Du würdest mit drei Mitbewohnern (Elena 29, Bernardo 36 und Sunil 29) zusammenwohnen. Da wir öfter mal was zusammen unternehmen, zusammenkochen, ein Bierchen trinken gehen oder auch am Werdersee grillen,sind wir keine Zweck-WG aber auch keine zwanghafte Kuschel-WG.

You will be living together with (Elena 29, a Spanish teacher, Bernardo 36, a software engineer, and Sunil 29, a sales manager). We often go out together, have a beer or grill at the Werdersee. However, there is enough room to still have your private sphere.
Ich habe fast 5 Jahre hier gewohnt und mich super wohl gefühlt, was zu 99% an den Leuten hier liegt. Daher hoffe ich, dass meine Mitbewohner und du sich ebenfalls auf Anhieb gut verstehet.
Also wenn du Interesse hast, dann melde dich doch einfach per Mail, oder Whatsapp, damit wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren können, wir freuen uns :)
Das Zimmer kostet alles in allem eingerechnet 425 € (Strom, Wasser, Internet…).
