The rent is about 430 Euros.
The room is really nice and big its definitely comfortable and I have made parties with like 8 people just in my room, If you want I can sell it with my furniture, for a really fair price, there are 3 bathrooms the one in the pictures is the one we share with Tim and Jessica, there is another bathroom upstairs that is used by Vassey and Yannick and there is a bathroom in the middle that is used by everyone, the kitchen has a dishwasher so you don’t have to wash the stupid dishes and there are 2 fridges.
We have a terrace and a garden, Yannick loves gardening and he will probably do a lot of it next summer, Tim also bought a really nice outdoors sofa, and we built a pallet Sofa with Yannick, Andreas the neighbour gave us a BBQ grill so you have all the equipment required to do the best BBQs ever…… of course all of it is inside during the winter, that’s why its not in pictures.
The area is surrounded by nature and there is a lake 4 minutes away from the house where you can go and play volleyball and drink beer, there are also lots of trails to run and the neighbours are really chill and quite, because it is a house and you don’t have immediate neighbours you can pretty much be loud (as long as you don't bother your roommates).
The location is Lesumbroker Landstraße 44, the house is a 10 minutes walk from the Bremen Burg train station , you have to take the RS1 to go to Hauptbahnhof, which takes around 10 minutes or RS2 which takes around 6 minutes.
The owner of the house is really chill and nice, she is very transparent with the contract, and she understand that we are students, so you wont have any issues with her.
There are 4 roommates, Tim who is doing a PHD in Robotics in Jacobs university, Yannick who is a Civil engineering and is working, Vassey who is doing an ausbildung, and Jessica who is doing a bachelors, all of them are really chill, in summer we used to do lots of BBQs, and in winter we drink lots of Glühwein, all of them are German except Vassey who don’t speak English you can only communicate with him in German, so you can improve your language pretty easily in here, Jessica speaks some English, Yannick and Tim speak perfect English.
