Hallo an alle Suchenden,
da meine Mitbewohnerin leider aufgrund ihres Masters nach Leipzig ziehen muss, habe ich ein Zimmer im Viertel, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, ab dem 15.10./01.11.2012 zu vergeben. Das helle, schöne Zimmer ist 28m² groß und kostet circa 310 Euro warm. Es hat zwei große Fenster und ist mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt.
Ich habe das etwas kleinere Zimmer in der 65 m² großen Wohnung. Außerdem gibt es eine Küche, in der man gemütlich sitzen kann mit einem Südbalkon zum Garten raus und natürlich ein Bad. Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren komplett neu renoviert.
Ein unkompliziertes Zusammenleben mit gelegentlichem gemeinsamen Kaffeetrinken und Kochen wünsche ich mir für meine neue WG. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, meldet euch bitte per Mail mit einem kurzen „Wer bin ich?“ und ich melde mich zurück.
