Ich heiße Jannik, 24Jahre alt und studiere derzeit an der Hochschule Bremen Elektrotechnik.
Ich suche zum 01.10. einen neuen Mitbewohner für eine 2er WG.
Das Zimmer liegt in einem Altbauhaus im Fesenfeld (Viertel). Es ist ein Studentenhaus, in dem insgesamt 10 Studenten wohnen, aufgeteilt auf 4 Etagen.
Im Tiefparterre wird ein Zimmer frei, es ist ca. 12qm groß.
Zum WG-Zimmer gehört anteilig auch ein Badezimmer und eine große Küche.
Im Mietpreis sind sämtliche Nebenkosten enthalten. Internet gibt es über WLAN (eduroam).

Das Haus liegt im Viertel, genauer Fesenfeld. Man kommt mit dem Fahrrad überall gut hin, da es sehr zentral gelegen ist.
Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind besonders gut. Innerhalb von 5-10min lässt sich Bus/Bahn erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einige vorhanden und alle unter 10min zu Fuß erreichbar (Netto, Rewe) .
