Two connected rooms with a balcony. This is a Studentenwerk house so you have to be a student to move in. The rent is 410€ all included. 350€ deposit. We have eduroam WiFi.
It's an old house with high ceilings, three floors and basement. Cool flatmates, smoking allowed. Couples are also welcome.
Hohe Decken, ein Durchgangszimmer, schön geschnitten, sehr ruhiges Schlafzimmer, Möbliert. Balkon.
I'll be leaving the rooms furnished, so you can move in even if you don't have any Möbel. This includes: a couch, shelves, curtains, lamps, tables, an armchair and a mattress. There's also a wardrobe, a table and chairs from Studentenwerk which we can leave in a room or hand back to Hausmeister.
Flexible date to move in. Zwieschenmiete auch möglich.

Sehr zentral. Nettes Viertel. "Alternativ" viele Künstler, Studenten und einiges los hier. Unsere Schönhausenstr. ist nah dabei, aber so weit weg, dass es nachts ruhig ist.
Great district. Nearest public transport stops: Dobbenweg, Am Dobben, Brunnenstraße. Bus 25, trams 4, 5, 1, 2, 3, 10.
Ganz gemütlich, wenn man was zusammen machen will, dann ist das okay. Wenn man seine Ruhe haben will, aber auch.
The date you move in is negotiable. We can make it 15.07, 1.07 or 1.08 or later.
