da ich für drei Monate ins Ausland gehe, vermiete ich ein ca. 20 qm Zimmer in meiner Wohnung in Bremen Viertel ab dem 22.01.2018-22.04.2018. Die exakten Daten können gerne ein paar Tage flexibel sein (also bspw. erst Einzug im Februar). Die Wohnung ist im 3.OG. In dem Zimmer ist alles Wesentlich vorhanden (Sofa-Bett, Schreibtisch, etc.). Das Zimmer ist ruhig und sonnig und fast im Herzen des Viertel (!). Die Warmmiete beträgt 312,- inkl. Internet, Strom, Gas, Wasser u.s.w. (also allem). Die Kaution beträgt ebenfalls 312 euro. Die ganze Wohnung ist ungefähr 50 qm. Falls ihr an dem Zimmer interessiert seid, würdet ihr mit meiner entspannten und netten brasilianischen Mitbewohnerin - Tania 30 Jahre- zusammen wohnen. Sie lernt gerade deutsch, daher wäre es top, wenn ihr etwas englisch, oder portugiesisch sprechen könntet. Über eine E-Mail von euch freue ich mich!

Due to me leaving for a three months trip to the US, I’m subletting a furnished 20 sq m room in my flat in Bremen Viertel between 22.01.2018 and 22.04.2018. The exact dates are kind of flexible (e.g. you can move in on the 1st of February). The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The room includes everything essential (sofa-bed, desk, etc.). The room is silent and sunny. And you are right in the heart of Viertel (!) The total cost is 312 euro, including Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water, etc. The safety deposit is 312 euro. The whole flat is about 50 sq m. You will live with my nice and easy-going Brazilian flat mate Tania, 30 years old. It would be ideal if you speak a bit of English or Portuguese, since Tania is just learning German. If you like the room, just drop me a message!
