vom 09.02. bis zum 01.04. ist in unserer WG im Viertel ein circa 17qm großes möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Vielleicht auch schon ab dem 05.02. Das Zimmer liegt hinter dem Wohnzimmer und zum Garten raus. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 445 Euro. Unsere Mitbewohnerin Kathi ist in dem Zeitraum auf Feldforschung. Wir sind beide Anfang/Mitte 30. Wir wünschen uns ein unkompliziertes und harmonisches Zusammenwohnen in unserer 110qm großen Wohnung mit Garten. Die Wohnung liegt im Viertel, der Stadtteil mit Bars, Cafés, Kinos und jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Natürlich ist in der WG alles vorhanden, was man zum leben benötigt. Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Du könntest auch ein vorhandenes Fahrrad in der Zeit nutzen.
