Bei uns wir ein 21m² großes Zimmer mit Balkon in zentraler Lage frei. Das Zimmer hat Teppichboden, eine große Fensterfront, liegt Richtung Süden und hat mehr als ausreichend Platz für alles was man so braucht. Im Zimmer steht ein Kleiderschrank, welcher mit übernommen werden sollte. Der Abschlag dafür ist verhandelbar.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung circa 94qm groß. Sie hat 4 Zimmer, eine Küche zwei Balkone und zwei Bäder. Das größere Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und auch das kleine Bad hat eine Dusche. Man kommt sich also im Bad nie in die Quere. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was das WG-Herz braucht: Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, ... Zur Wohnung gehört noch ein kleines Kellerabteil, und der Garten kann auch mitbenutzt werden.
Die Lage ist perfekt: Die Bahnstation "Am Dobben" erreicht man zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. Von dort fahren die Linien 1, 4 und 10 in Richtung Hauptbahnhof, Altstadt, Viertel und Neustadt. Den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man ansonsten auch in 10 Min. und im Viertel ist man in flotten 5 Min. Die Universität oder Hochschule erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Min. Werdersee, Deich, Bürgerpark, etc. sind auch mit dem Rad in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.
Wir sind Dana, Larissa, Johanna und Tessa und wohnen in der WG in dieser Konstellation erst relativ frisch seit ein paar Monaten. Allerdings steht für Johanna ihr Umzug für den Master bevor und somit suchen wir ein*n Nachfolger*in.
Dana macht aktuell ihre Ausbildung zur Speditionskauffrau und ist ansonsten entweder sportlich unterwegs oder macht ausgiebige Spielemarathons. Larissa ist gebürtige Spanierin, arbeitet als Erzieherin und nutzt ihre Zeit meist, um die schönsten Ecken Deutschlands zu erkunden. Und Tessa sitzt grade noch an ihrer Bachelorarbeit und wartet aktuell auf eine Zusage für ihren Master. Dementsprechend steht bei ihr gegebenenfalls auch ein Auszug bald bevor.
Besonders jetzt im Sommer sind wir natürlich alle viel unterwegs, allerdings sind wir keineswegs eine Zweck-WG. Bei einem Bier oder Wein auf dem Balkon oder einem Schnack in der Küche sind wir alle immer gerne dabei!

We're offering a 21sqm room to move in. The room is really bright and has two big window front plus a balcony. There already is a wardrobe in the room which you would have to take over. The price is negotiable.
The flat you'd live in is around 94sqm. We're proud owners of two balconies and two fully equipped bathrooms. In addition we got a cute small kitchen, which got everything you need to start cooking right away!
The flat is centrally located right next to the tram station "Am Dobben". By foot it takes you about 7min to get to the central station. 2 min to the next supermarket, and 5min with a bike to get to the city center. Hochschule and University are easy to reach as well. And a plus: the Viertel is within 5min walking distance.
You'll be living with Dana, Larissa and Tessa... Some are studying some are working but this doesn't mean there'll always be time for a beer on one of the balconies!
