Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche für die Wohnung, die mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet ist, Elektroherd, Geschirrspüler, Besteck, Geschirr usw.
Außerdem gibt es 2 Badezimmer in der Wohnung, eines in jeder Etage, so dass man sich das Badezimmer mit nur einer Person teilen müssen.
Ein gemeinsamer Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Very good location, central in the neighborhood, supermarkets / shopping and public transport can be reached quickly, the street itself is quiet but there are many opportunities to go out nearby (pubs, restaurants, discos).
Die WG ist eine reine Frauen-WG, entspannt und ruhig; die Bewohner sind Brigitte (61), sie ist Künstlerin; Viktoria (31) und Namitha (24) und ich, Felina (20), wir drei sind Studentinnen. Alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ich studiere an der Hochschule Bremen und gehe für ein Auslandssemester in die USA, für diese Zeit suche ich nach eine Zwischenmieterin. Persönliche Gegenstände im Zimmer räume ich selbstverständlich weg. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
