Hi,
I am looking for a flatmate in a two-room apartment in Findorff starting from December 1, 2009. The apartment has one bathroom and one kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything one might need.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes walk to the bus stop Hemmstrasse (buses N 25, 26, 27, 28, N7). It takes 15 minutes to get to Uni-Bremen and 5-7 minutes to the main station.
The room is approximately 16-18 m² with laminated floor. If you do not have furniture, the person who is staying in the room is willing to leave the furniture for an affordable price.
The price for the room including electricity and internet: 285 €
I am 24 year-old female. I speak English and Russian fluently and a little bit German.
