Hallo,
wir suchen eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) ab dem 01. Dezember! Das Zimmer ist ca 16 m^2 groß und hat ein großes Fenster, so dass genug Sonne hereinfällt.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen. Zum Hauptbahnhof geht man 5 Minuten, mit der 25 ist man in 5 min in der Innenstadt (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür). Außerdem liegt die Wohnung sehr nah am Bürgerpark und bis zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur 15 min...
Ansonsten sind in den 237€ (pro Monat) alle Kosten enthalten (sprich Strom, Gas, Telefon, Internet usw.).
