Hallo Wohnungssuchende,
ich suche zum 15. März (nach Absprache eventuell auch früher) eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14-16m^2 groß, hell und im Erdgeschoss. Küche und Bad teilt ihr euch mit meinen beiden Mitbewohnern (1m, 1w). Toilette und Dusche sind allerdings getrennt, so dass das wenig Probleme macht ;-)
Ach ja, das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert, d.h. Schlafsofa, Kommode, Schreibtisch und Stuhl sind vorhanden.
Die Miete beläuft sich mit Nebenkosten auf 185€, Strom und Gas werden extra abgerechnet (63€).
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im schönen Findorff. Direkt vor der Haustür ist eine Haltestelle der 28, so dass man super schnell zur Uni kommt. Auch die 25,26 & 27 erreicht man in weniger als 5 Minuten und zum Hauptbahnhof ist es auch nicht weit.
