Das Zimmer ist ca. 19qm groß, quadratisch, mit Laminatfußboden, hat ein großes Fenster und direkten Zugang zum Balkon.
Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen oder zusammen Sitzen findet sich in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe vom Bürgerpark und Hauptbahnhof. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Findorff-Markt, REWE, Rossmann, Lidl, Aldi) befinden sich in der Nähe.
Ich bin 29 Jahre jung und arbeite nun seit 2 Jahren als wissenschaftlich Mitarbeiterin an der Uni. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gern aus, gehe oft zum Sport und unternehme viel.
