wir drei suchen eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner_in für unsere Wg zum Zusammenleben. Wir interessieren uns fürś Diskutieren, Disputieren, Blumen und Gemüse pflanzen, Tanzen und Klettern, Theater, zum Zusehn oder selber spieln, nicht so sehr fürś Streiten und Unkraut jäten, Workout und noch so was.
Wir sind zum Teil noch studierend, aber wenn dann mehr im Übergang, weswegen bei uns auch leider noch nicht ganz klar ist, wer wie lange hier noch verweilen wird.
Zum Angebot gibt’s das Zimmer unseres Mitbewohners, den es wieder nach Italien verschlägt. Es ist 14 Quadratmeter groß mit weitem Blick aufs urbane Bremen. Wens aber ins Grüne zieht, für den gibt’s den erholsamen Bürgerpark. Also, die Lage: Prächtig. Zu Fuß zehn Minuten zum Bahnhof, zur Uni 15 durch den Bürgerpark und die Konsumtempel Netto und Alecco (Bio) direkt vor der Haustür.
Das eigentliche Highlight der Wohnung ist die mondäne Dachterasse, die das Gequatsche,Gekoche und Gewohne auch mal nach draußen verlegen lässt. Die Küche verfügt über alles, was das Herz begehrt, Möhrenreibegerät, Spülmaschine, Waschmachine. Bier,Wein und Wasser gehören ebenso zum Inventar.
Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 240 Euro pro Monat all inclusive, das heißt, Internet, Telefon-Flat, Nebenkosten, Zeitungs-Abo.
Das Zimmer ist momentan halbmőbliert (kleines Regal, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Matratze und Stehlampe)., wenn du deine eingenen Möbel mitbringst können wir darüber aber auch reden.
Wenn du Intereses hast, dann schreib uns ne Mail. Für Kennenlerntreffen haben wir noch am Dienstag ab 18: 30 Uhr Zeit. Schreib uns vielleicht sogar direkt schon, an welchem Tag und zu welcher Uhrzeit es passt.

Hi there,
our flatmate has to go back to Italy and we are searching for a new flatmate to live with us in our shared apartment. We are interested in discussing, planting flowers and vegetables, dancing and climbing, theater, to watch or to play, not so much in arguing, weeding, workout and that stuff. We are at the finish of our studies, thats why it is not sure who will stay here for how long.
The room is 14 qm with view at urban Bremen. Who likes a bit more green can walk in ten minutes to the big park.The location of the flat is great: ten minutes walking to the main train station, 20 minutes by bike to university, all the way through the park, two supermarkets directly in front of our door.
But the best is for sure our terrace, which allows us to do the talking, cooking and living outside also. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, beer, wine, water and probably whatever else you might need.
The costs are 240 euros a month, all inclusive. Meaning heating, water, internet, telephone flat, newspaper.
At the moment there is some furniture in the room: a small shelf, a desk, wardrobe, mattress and a lamp. If you have your own furniture we can talk about that, too.
