Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 3erWG im Studentenwohnheim. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Da ich das Zimmer nur für einen guten Monat vermiete, würde ich den Großteil meiner Sachen im Zimmer lassen. Aber natürlich genug Platz im Schrank und in den Regalen lassen, damit du deine Sachen unterbringen kannst. ;)
Küche und Bad teilen wir uns zu dritt. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Tellern, Besteck, Töpfen und allem was man so braucht.

The flat is shared with two other people and is part of a student dorm. My room is quite cozy and facing the quiet backyard of the dorm. Since I'm only renting the room for a bit more than a month I am going to leave most of my stuff in the room. But of course I am going to make sure, that there will be enough empty storage space for you ;)
We share the kitchen and the bathroom. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need including plates, pots and so to make yourself some good food.
Die Lage des Wohnheims ist perfekt, da man nur 7 Minuten braucht um zum Bus zu kommen, der direkt zur Uni fährt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist gemütlich in 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, aber auch mit dem Bus, der in zwei Minuten zu erreichen ist. Aldi, Rewe, Lidl und Rossmann sind mit 10 Minuten Fußweg auch nicht weit weg. Direkt hinterm Haus fängt der Bürgerpark an, der zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen einlädt.

The location of the dorm is perfect since it only take 7 min to reach the bus that is going directly to the University. The central station is in walking distance (it's gonne take about 20 Minutes to get there) but can also be reached with the bus that is leaving right across the corner of the dorm. You'll find plenty of grocery stores (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Rossmann) in walking distance.
Wir sind alle sehr offen und freuen uns immer neue Menschen kennenzulernen. Da wir aber alle am Ende unseres Studiums sind und nebenbei noch Jobben ist es recht ruhig in unserer WG.

We are all very nice and friendly people who are always excited to meet new people. Since we are all students working part-time and close to the end of our degree we are all quite busy right now.
Wir freuen uns auf einen netten und freundlichen Menschen, der für ein bisschen mehr als einen Monat bei uns einzieht.
