Das Zimmer meines Sohnes vermiete ich befristet während des Auslandsaufenthaltes meines Sohnes an eine Frau zum Mitwohnen. Im Zimmer ist ein sehr bequemes Boxspring-Bettsofa, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, wlan kann kostenlos genutzt werden, ein Leihfahrrad steht im Fahrradraum zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung liegt in Findorff, Weidedamm, im 4. OG mit Aufzug und hat einen fantastischen Südbalkon. Direkt neben dem Zimmer liegen Bad und Gäste-WC.
Mit dem Rad durch den Bürgerpark ist frau in 3 km an der UNI. Es gibt auch eine super Busanbindung mit dem 28er.
Ich stelle mir erstmal eine Zweck-Wg vor, gelegentliches gemeinsames Kochen kann ich mir gut vorstellen. Ich bin berufstätig und viel unterwegs, also eher selten zu Hause.
