Zum 1. Oktober, 2022 wird in unserer WG ein Zimmer frei. Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer hat ca. 15m² Wohnfläche und ist nur möbliert zu haben, da Sachen vom Studierendenwohnheim gestellt werden. Darin sind enthalten: ein Einbauschrank, ein Schreibtisch, Stuhl, zwei Regale und ein Bett.
Kosten: 290€ (warm). Internet ist enthalten (Lankabel mit Router notwendig). Zusätzlich fallen lediglich Kosten für die Waschmaschinen im Wohnheim an (1,50€/Waschgang, 1,50€ Trockner).

Hi!
On 1st of Oktober, 2022 will be a room in our shared flat available. We are looking for a new flatmate.
The room is about 15m² and is furnished (things are provided by the student dormitory).This includes: a built-in closet, a desk, chair, two shelves and a bed.
Cost: 290 € (warm). Internet is included (LAN cable or/and router required). In addition, there are costs for the washing machines in the dormitory (€ 1.50 / wash, € 1.50 dryer).
Die Lage ist top, zur Uni sind es mit dem Rad nur 15 min und 10min in die Stadt. Von hier fahren folgende Buslinien: 26, 28, 25, 27. Das Beste ist jedoch, dass man den Bürgerpark praktisch vor der Haustür hat. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) sind in 10 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen.

The location is great, it is only 15 minutes to the university by bike, 10 minutes to the city center. Bus routes here are: 26, 28, 25, 27. The best thing is that you have the Bürgerpark practically on the doorstep. Shops (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl) can be reached in 10 minutes walking.
WG-Leben:
Wir sind eine Gruppe bestehend aus 3 Frauen und 4 Männern (Deutschland, Nepal, UK, US und Kolumbien). Von Zeit zu Zeit machen wir gerne Dinge zusammen, wie Kochen, Filme schauen, Brettspiele spielen, tanzen und Trinkabende. Natürlich kann sich jeder in sein Zimmer zurückziehen, wenn er in Ruhe gelassen werden möchte. Wir haben eine Wohnung mit einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher, einer großen Küche, 2 Badezimmern, einer Gästetoilette und einem großen Balkon.
WG-life:
We are a group consisting of 3 women and 4 men (Germany, Nepal, UK, US and Colombia). We like to do stuff together from time to time, like cooking, watching movies, playing board games, dancing and having drink evenings. Of course, everyone has their own space in their room if they want to be left alone. We have an apartment with a spacious living room with tv, a big kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a big balcony.
Wichtig!!! Um hier einziehen zu können, musst du als Studierender an einer Hochschule/Universität im Bundesland Bremen eingeschrieben sein!
