Hola, Merhaba, Salut, and Hallo,
Wir sind vier Freunde, die zusammen in ein schönes, voll ausgestattetes
und renoviertes Haus in Findorff gezogen sind, mit einem Gartenprojekt
und einem freien Zimmer. Das Haus verfügt über fünf separate Räume, 2
Badezimmer, eine Küche, eine separate Toilette und einen
Gemeinschaftsraum im Keller (wird ein TV- und Tischfußballraum sein).
Wir legen einen Schwerpunkt auf pflanzliche Bio-Lebensmittel und teilen
diese untereinander. Essen ist eine zentrale Verbindung zwischen uns,
wir kochen und essen oft zusammen. Wir sind zwischen 26 und 33 Jahre alt
und haben vier verschiedene Nationalitäten (Chillenisch, Französisch,
Türkisch und Deutsch). Wir sprechen eine Mischung aus Deutsch, Englisch
und Spanisch, manchmal gleichzeitig. 😊 Wir arbeiten alle am AWI und
der Uni. In unserer Freizeit treiben wir gerne (gemeinsam) Sport, wie Radfahren,
Bouldern, Frisbee spielen oder einfach nur chillen am Werdersee.
Das Haus liegt 5-10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Das freie Zimmer hat ca. 15m² mit der Möglichkeit den Dachboden
zusätzlich zu nutzen. Die Miete beträgt ca. 400 € pro Monat, inklusive
allem. Wir arbeiten oft von zu Hause aus und suchen deshalb jemanden,
der entspannt in unsere kleine Gruppe passt.

We are four friends who moved together into a beautiful, fully equipped and renovated house in Findorff, with a garden project and a free room. The house has five separate room, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a separate toilet, and communal room in the cellar (will be a TV & Table-football room). We have an emphasis on plant-based bio food and share between ourselves. Food is a central connection between us, we often cook and eat together. We are between 26 to 33 years old and have four different nationalities (Chillan, French, Turkish, and German), we speak a mixture of German, English, and Spanish, sometimes at the same time. 😊 All of us work at the AWI and Uni, in our spare time we do sports together, like cycling, bouldering, playing Frisbee, or hangout a the Werdersee.
The house is located 5-10 minutes by bike from the central station. The free room has about 15m² with the possibility to use the attic in addition. The rent is approximately 400€ per month, including everything. We often work from home and therefore look for somebody relaxed, who fits into our little group.
