Das Zimmer geht zum Westen raus, deshalb ist es mittags nicht zu heiß und abends sieht man wie sich der Himmel färbt.
Bett, 2 Regal, 1 großer Einbauschrank, und ein Schreibtisch sind vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es in ein kleines Waschbecken im Zimmer :)
Neben den Zimmern gibt es noch einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, Esstisch, gemütlichen Sofen und Balkon mit Blick auf ein paar Bäume und im Hintergrund den Bürgerpark. Für alle acht Menschen gibt es zwei Duschen mit Toilette und ein Badezimmer ohne Dusche.

The room faces west, so it is not too hot at midday and in the evening you can see the sky change its colour.
There is a bed, 2 shelves,1 large built-in wardrobe, and a desk. Additionally there is a small washbasin in the room :)
Next to the rooms we have a large common room with a kitchen, dining table, comfortable sofas and a balcony with a view of trees and the Bürgerpark in the background. For all eight people there are two showers with toilet and one bathroom without shower.
Das Wohnheim liegt in den entspannten Wohngebieten Findorffs. Hier ist es trotz Student*innenwohnheim sehr ruhig. In zwei Minuten ist man im Bürgerpark, wo man im Sommer gut chillen, Boot fahren, Spielplätze besetzen oder joggen kann.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind viele zentrale Punkte Bremens schnell zu erreichen. In 15 bis 20 Minuten Rad-Entfernung liegen unter anderem die Uni, der Hauptbahnhof, die Innenstadt und das Viertel, wo hervorragend ein Bierchen getrunken werden kann.
Zwei Bushaltestellen, in die Innenstadt und zur Uni, sind innerhalb von fünf bis zehn Minuten erreichbar. Zum nächsten Rewe sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten, ein Aldi ist in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

The house is located in the relaxed residential areas of Findorff. It is very quiet here, despite the student residence. The Bürgerpark is just two minutes away, where you can chill out, go boating, play on the playgrounds or go jogging in the summer.
Many of Bremen's central points can be reached quickly by bike. The university, the main railway station, the city centre and the neighbourhood, where you can enjoy a beer, are all within 15 to 20 minutes' cycling distance.
Two bus stops, one to the city centre and one to the university, can be reached within five to ten minutes. The nearest supermarket (Rewe) is about 10 minutes away on foot, and an Aldi is 15 minutes away.
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene und sehr gemeinschaftliche WG :)
Gerne kochen und trinken wir was zusammen, machen Uno- oder Filmabende und ab und zu auch einen Ausflug. Zieht sich jemand zurück und macht die Zimmertür zu, ist das aber völlig in Ordnung. Lass uns doch gerne wissen, welches dein liebstes Kartenspiel ist, so wissen wir auch, dass du die Anzeige wirklich gelesen hast;)
Gar keine Lust haben wir auf rassistisches, sexistisches, nationalistisches und anderes diskriminierendes Verhalten oder allzu esoterische Einstellungen.

We are an open-minded and very communal flat-sharing community :)
We like to cook and drink together, have Uno or film evenings and occasionally go on an outing. If someone withdraws and closes the door to their room, that's perfectly fine. Let us know which is you favorite card game, so that we would also know that you have read the ad;)
