Wunderschönes Zimmer in Vierer-WG, gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße von Findorff, frei ab 15. Dezember. Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten ca. 18m² mit Blick auf den Hinterhof. Das Zimmer kommt komplett leer, also ohne Möbel, du kannst dich also austoben.
Die ganze Wohnung teilt sich über zwei Etagen auf: In der ersten Etage liegen zwei Zimmer, darunter dein zukünftiges und die Küche. In der Etage darüber liegen die anderen Zimmer, das Bad und ein Balkon, den alle mitbenutzen dürfen.
Wir haben außerdem einen Dachboden, wo du gerne Sachen unterstellen kannst. Wir haben auch eine zweite Toilette.
Im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses gibt es noch eine Wohnung, die auch unseren Vermietern gehört. Sie wohnen dort allerdings nicht, also steht sie die meiste Zeit leer (ab und zu wohnen für ein paar Tage Freunde von ihnen dort).

Beautiful Room in a shared flat, in a quiet side street of Findorff, availble from December 15th. The room is cut rectangularly +-18sqm big and faces the backyard.
Your future room will not be furnished so you`ve got all the freedom in the world to make this room yours.
The flat goes over two floors: Two bedrooms, including yours and the kitchen are on the first and the other rooms, the bath and a balcony are on the second floor. We`ve also got a second toilet and an attic where you can store stuff if needed.
On the ground level is another flat which belongs to our landlords, but they don't live here and therefore it`s empty most of the year.
Die Wohnung ist nahe der Hemmstraße gelegen, daher gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Aldi) und die Bushaltestelle der Linie 28, die direkt zur Uni Bremen fährt ist nur 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem liegen die Haltestellen der Linien 25, 26, und 27 ganz in der Nähe.
Der Findorff-Markt (Dienstag, Donnerstag & Samstag) und der Bürgerpark sind auch gleich um die Ecke gelegen.
Die Umgebung ist schön und ruhig und man bekommt auch nicht viel von den Nachbarn mit.

We are close to Hemmstraße and have several supermarkets in walking distance (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, Aldi) Bus line 28, which goes directly to the University of Bremen, is only a 5 min walk away. The bus stops of the lines 25, 26 and 27 are close as well. The main train station of Bremen is 5 min by bus or a 15min walk.
The Findorff Market (Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday) and the Bürgerpark are right around the corner.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Yunxia kommt ursprünglich aus China und kam 2011 für ihren Bachelor nach Deutschland. Sie ist ein Foodie (besonders Meersfrüchte), arbeitet in der Lebensmittelbranche und wandert gerne in ihrer Freizeit.
Aljoscha war nach dem Abi jeweils knapp 1 Jahr in Japan und Kanada und studiert Biologie an der Uni Bremen.
Er ist für alles sportliche zu haben und liest auch ab und zu mal ein Buch.
Sofia kommt aus Brasilien und studiert Psychologie. Sie arbeitet als Pflegehelferin, ist sehr freundlich und ist immer für ein Wein zu haben :)
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und suchen dementsprechend eine Aufgeschlossene und Weltoffene Person, die sich nicht durchgehend im eigenen Zimmer versteckt und auch gerne mal in ein Gespräch verwickelt wird bzw. etwas zusammen unternimmt. :)

We're a bunch of people from all walks of life.
Yunxia is from China and moved to Germany in 2011 for her Bachelors. She is a foodie and works in the pet food industry, and likes to hike in her freetime.
Aljoscha spent close to one year each in Japan and Canada after graduating from High School and is studying biology at the University of Bremen. Ready for all kinds of active endeavours and you might find him with a book in his hand.
Sofia originally comes from Brazil and is majoring in psychology. She works as a caregiver, is a friendly person and never rejects a vine or two. :)
This isn`t a crash pad! If you are open minded and ready to socialize this might be the right place for you :).
Da wir eine bunte Mischung aus Studierenden und Berufstätigen sind, sind unsere Leben manchmal etwas busy. Wir hängen also nicht 24/7 aufeinander rum. Wir suchen allerdings eine Person die sich gerne sozialisiert und ab und zu gerne mal etwas im größeren Kreis unternimmt.
