Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
ich ziehe zum 01. März nach Bremen und suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin für eine Zwei-Zimmerwohnung in Findorff. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Stadt, zum Bahnhof und auch zur Uni.
Sie hat zwei Zimmer, eins ist ca. 12 qm und hat Zugang zum Balkon, das andere hat ca. 14qm. Beide Zimmer sind gut geschnitten, ohne Schräge und sind hell durch große Fenster. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und hat ebenfalls einen Zugang zum Balkon. Im Mietpreis von 270 Euro ist alles enthalten (Telefon, Internet, Strom und sonstige Kosten). Die Kaution mit 840 Euro ist natürlich sehr hoch, aber wir würden uns die natürlich teilen!
Ich bin 24, Studentin im Master und freu mich auf deine Antwort per Mail. Schreib einfach kurz etwas über dich, ich freu mich dich kennen zu lernen!
