Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG in Findorff.
Das Zimmer etwa 12 qm groß, und ist momentan teilmöbeliert, mit Matraze, Teppich, Schrank, Regal, Gardine.
Fehlt nur noch Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl, werde diese noch kaufen ums dann als möbeliert zu vermieten.

We're looking for a new roomie for our shared apartment in Findorff.
The room has about 12 square meter. So it's quite small, but it is already furnished, so it's perfect for you if you're a erasmus student and don't want to buy furniture.
Die WG liegt in Findorff in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Aber trotzdem sinds von hier aus zu Fuß nur ca. 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
Und mit der Buslinie 28 kann man direkt zur Uni und Stadtwaldsee fahren, und mit der 26/27 (Haltestelle Hemmstr.) zum Hbf, Innenstadt und Neustadt.
Einige Supermärkte sind auch ganz in der Nähe - z.B. Edeka, Pennys und REWE.
The location is really good, it's in the nice neighborhood of Findorff.
The bus no. 28 (to University) stops really close to here, and to the central station (where several clubs and bars are, like La Viva and the Irish pub Paddy's) it's just 20 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bike. To the central station or to downtown you can also take the buses 26 or 27 (bus stop Hemmstrasse), or at night the night bus no. 7.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Eli ist 30 und ist aus Spanien. Und ich, Philipp, bin 26 und war gerade in Mexiko, kann deswegen auch ganz gut Spanisch.
Wir machen gerne mal was zusammen, wie kochen, grillen etc.
Ist also defintiv keine Zweck-WG - aber du kannst natürlich auch mal deine Ruhe haben wenn du möchtest.
Und Eli hat einen kleinen Hund, der auch in der Wohnung ist - allerdings ist dieser wirklich sehr ruhig und bellt fast nie.
