Hi!
This semester I'm not studying, and because I want to go to an other city for a few months I would like to rent out my room for this semester in our shared apartment in Findorff.
The room has about 15 sq. meter and is already furnished, so it's perfect so it's perfect for you if you're a erasmus student and don't want to buy furniture. ;)
The location is really good, it's in the nice neighborhood of Findorff.
It's on a really small, quite street, but also close to downtown.
The bus no. 28 (to University) stops really close to here, and to the central station (where several clubs and
bars are, like La Viva and
the Irish pub Paddy's) it's just 20 minutes walking distance or 5 minutes by bike. To the central station or to downtown you can also take the buses 26 or 27 (bus stop Hemmstrasse), or at night the night bus no. 7.
My flatmates are Eli, who is from Spain, and Claudia, who is German.
And I'm Philipp (also German), but I won't be here.
We like to do something together once a while, like cooking or just chatting in the kitchen. Or of course also go out together sometimes with friends at the weekends.
So if you're interested, just write me a message, and we can talk about when you can see the room and meet us. And it would be also good if you write a bit about yourself ;)
And I would like to rent out the room until end of March at least (and probably it's also possible to rent the room until April).
