Das frei werdende Zimmer ist 13 qm groß. Es hat ein großes Fenster Richtung Osten und so wie der Rest der Wohnung einen schönen Laminatboden. Die Wohnung wurde vor dem Erstbezug vor ca. 3 Jahren komplett renoviert und ist in tollem Zustand. Es gibt eine geräumige, gut eingerichtete Küche und ein schönes Bad mit Wanne!
Die Möbel auf den Bildern vermiete ich gerne mit :-)
Es gibt ein Regal, ein Bett mit großen Schubladen zum Verstauen darunter, einen Spiegel, einen Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und mehrere Wandregale.
Das Zimmer steht mindestens von August bis Ende September zur Verfügung, eventuell nach Absprache auch länger.

The vacant room is 13square metres. It has a large window facing east and, like the rest of the flat, a nice laminate floor. The flat was completely renovated before the first occupancy about 3 years ago and is in great condition. There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom with tub!
I am happy to also rent out the furniture in the pictures :-)
There is a shelf, a bed with large drawers for storage underneath, a mirror, a desk with desk chair and several wall shelves.
The room is available at least from August until the end of September or possibly longer by arrangement!
Die Gartenstadt-Süd ist ein Teil der Neustadt mit vielen Grünflächen und guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Aldi, Combi, Rewe, Netto, ein Bio- und ein Getränkemarkt sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Der Werdersee ist 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt und lädt zum Spazieren, Schwimmen und Entspannen ein. Die Hochschule am Neustadtswall erreicht man in 7-8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, den Standort am Flughafen in 6.
Wenn gerade keine Pandemie ist, gibt es einige gemütliche Bars und Cafés in Reichweite.

Gartenstadt-Süd is a part of Neustadt with many green spaces and good public transport connections. Aldi, Combi, Rewe, Netto, an organic food market and a drinks market are within walking distance. Lake Werdersee is 5 minutes away by bike and invites you to walk, swim and relax. The university at Neustadtswall can be reached in 7-8 minutes by bike, the location at the airport in 6 minutes.
When there is no pandemic, there are some cosy bars and cafés within easy reach.
Charlotte und Clemens, meine Mitbewohnis, sind zwei tolle, herzliche, offene und lustige Menschen! Das Miteinander mit ihnen kann von entspannt bis gesellig gehen, je nachdem, wie man sich danach fühlt.
Die Beiden wünschen sich ein nettes Miteinander, das man zum Beispiel beim gemeinsamen Kochen oder dem ein oder anderen Bierchen ausleben kann. Trotzdem haben alle natürlich auch mal Zeit für sich.

Charlotte and Clemens, my flatmates, are two great, warm, open and funny people! Spending time with them can range from relaxed to sociable, depending on the mood everyone is in.
The two of them wish for a friendly flat-life that can be lived out, for example, by cooking together or having a beer or two. Nevertheless, everyone also has time for themselves.
