wir suchen zum 15.10. bzw. eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für ein 16 m² großes WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist schön hell, hat einen Dielenboden und ist mit einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet. Die Kaltmiete plus Wasser, Müll etc. beträgt 240,- €. Die weiteren Nebenkosten (Strom, Gas, Internet und GEZ) betragen zur Zeit ca. 57,- € pro Person.
Die Wohnung liegt im Geteviertel (Schwachhausen) und ist u. a. für Studenten ideal. Mit dem Rad sind es 12 min. zur Uni, 15 min. zur Hochschule, 5 min. ins Viertel und zum Bahnhof.

Wir studieren Jura bzw. Cello, sind 25 bzw. 27 Jahre alt, trinken ab und zu abends ein Glas Wein in der Küche und rauchen eine Zigarette und sind insgesamt ganz umgänglich.
