Die WG befindet sich direkt neben der Haltestelle Hollerallee an der die 1 und 4 fahren, 300m weiter ist die Haltestelle „St. Josef-St“ , dort fährt die 24. Die Haltestelle „Am Stern“ ist auch nicht weit, an der die 6(Richtung Uni),8 und 24 fährt. Daher beste Anbindung zu allen Verkehrsmitteln. Zu Fuß sind es nur 15min bis zum Hauptbahnhof.

Another busstop "am Stern" is just 500 meters away, for tram line 6(university), 8 and the bus 24. Central Station can be reached in about 15 minutes by foot.

Das WG-Leben lässt sich wohl am ehesten als entspannt beschreiben. Manchmal wird zusammen gekocht und des öfteren zusammen in einem der Zimmer gechillt Tee oder Kaffee bzw. Bier getrunken und über die verschiedensten Dinge geredet. Hängt von unserer jeweiligen Stimmung ab. Allerdings kann es auch gut vorkommen, dass jemand eine Weile für sich braucht. 

The best way to describe the life in the WG would be to say that it is relaxed. Sometimes we like to cook together and we share time talking about god and the universe while drinking a good tea/coffee/beer and maybe smoking a cigarette on one of the two balconies. But we also need our personal spaces.

Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht wie Kühlschrank, Waschmaschiene und 4 Wänden. Außerdem gehört zur Wohnung ein kleiner Kellerraum. Die beiden Balkone können in der Regel problemlos von allen benutzt werden. Der Vormieter des Zimmers hat die Waschmaschine in die WG gebracht, weshalb er gerne 15 Euro als Ablöse dafür hätte. Ähnliches gilt auch für die jalousien an den fenstern, da diese neu und maßgefertigt sind. Für diese möchte der Vormieter 60 Euro haben

Our kitchen has all the required stuff to cook, the bathroom has a bathtub to shower or to take a bath and two of the rooms have balconies, which can be used by everyone.

There are some cost for you, cause the previous roommate brought the washing machine into the WG and wants a little money for it, so your part of the cost would be 15 Euros. On the windows there are blinds, which are specially cut for those windows and only a few months old. For them it would be 60 Euros.
