Hallo,
ich suche zum 1.04. eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine 2,5 Zimmer Wohnung gelegen im Gete-Viertel (Schwachhausen). Bisher habe ich mit meiner Partnerin zusammen gewohnt, die aber nun für die nächsten Jahre ins Ausland geht. Ich bin 28, berufstätig und verbringe meine Freizeit mit Sport und dem Ausbau eines Segelboots, soll heißen ich bin nicht so viel Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist ca. 63 m2 groß und befindet sich im DG eines 6 Partein Hauses. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m2 groß, hat Dielenboden und das Fenster geht nach Osten. Evtl. könnte auch das kleine ca. 10m2 große Zimmer mitgemietet werden. Die Miete beträgt monatlich 350 Euro warm inklusive Internet und Strom.
Wenn gewünscht könnten auch ein paar Möbel gestellt werden.
Das Zimmer sollte an einen Nichtraucher gehen, oder jemanden der wirklich nur ausserhalb der Wohnung raucht.
