I'm looking for a roommate for my house. Your two rooms (13.50 m2+ 15.50m2) with small balcony are located in the south and are connected by a door. At the moment there are still furniture in the rooms that can be used but do not have to.
In addition to your rooms, you can use all common rooms and also the large garden. In the attic is a room for guests and to withdraw or film evenings. On the ground floor is an open living, dining, cooking area. Basically, my house is bright and friendly with parquet flooring.
In the cellar there is a 3m long shelf for you and in the garage there is room for a bicycle. A very small car can park depending on my farm. The house is located in a quiet side street.
Ich suche eine Mitbewohner*in für mein Haus. Deine zwei Zimmer (13,50 m²+ 15,50m²) mit kleinen Balkon liegen im Süden und sind durch eine Tür verbunden. Momentan befinden sich noch Möbel in den Zimmern, die gerne genutzt werden dürfen, aber nicht müssen.
Neben deinen Zimmern darfst Du alle gemeinschaftlichen Räume und auch gerne den großen Garten nutzen. Im Dachgeschoss ist ein Zimmer für Gäste und zum zurückziehen oder Filmabende. Im Erdgeschoss ist ein offener Wohn-, Ess-, Kochbereich. Grundsätzlich ist mein Haus hell und freundlich mit Parkettboden.
Im Keller gibt es ein ca 3m langes Regal für Dich und in der Garage ist Platz für ein Fahrrad. Ein sehr kleines Auto kann abhängig auf meinem Hof parken. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.

There is a supermarket, a doctor's centre and a super nice outdoor swimming pool. In a few steps one is from the house in the green and in the immediate vicinity there is the cow's head, a recreation area and the Riedsee.

You live with me, Katja and my dog Benji. I'm 51 years old and working as an architect in my own office. I would call myself a warm, open-minded, fast-loving and spontaneous people. I prefer to spend my free time in climbing + boulder halls and climbing rocks with friends, my dog and my family.
I am looking forward to gardeners, masters, cooks, climbers, and all others are also welcome, at the same wavelength :)☀️
Du lebst zusammen mit mir, Katja und meinem Hund Benji. Ich bin 51 Jahre alt und arbeite als Architektin in meinem eigenen Büro. Ich würde mich als einen herzlichen, aufgeschlossenen, schnell zu begeisternden und spontanen Menschen bezeichnen. Meine freie Zeit verbringe ich am liebsten in Kletter- + Boulderhallen und an Kletterfelsen mit Freunden, meinem Hund und meiner Familie.
