Wir suchen einen Zwischenmieter/in, der/die ab Mitte Juni mit uns wohnen will.
Unser Haus hat in der ersten Etage einen Wohnbereich mit Sofas, Kaminofen (oh yeah!), großem Esstisch und Küche. Außerdem gehören zu dem Haus zwei große Bäder, zwei Gäste-WCs, zwei Balkone, eine Terrasse und ein Garten. Du kannst das Zimmer vollmöbliert oder unmöbliert haben, je nach dem, ob du eigene Möbel hast. Die Miete beträgt 270 mit allem Drum und Dran, als Deponat zahlst du 320 Euro.
Wenn du etwas Langfristiges suchst und wir uns gut verstehn kannst du auch bis Sommer 2016 wohnen bleiben, so lange haben wir das Haus.
Man kann es nicht leugnen: Gröpelingen liegt außerhalb der Innenstadt - man braucht mit dem Fahrrad ca. 30 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 35 Minuten bis zur Uni, aber unschlagbare Vorteile siehe oben :)
Das Haus liegt in einer Seitenstraße und ist nur eine Minute von der Haltestelle Lindenhof entfernt. Von dort fährt die Straßenbahnlinie 10 Tag und Nacht bis ins Zentrum (18 min). Wir werden also mitten in G-Town wohnen - einem bunten Stadtviertel, auf das wir uns selbst freuen es neu zu entdecken.
Wir freuen uns auf ein Zusammenleben, nicht nur ein Zusammenwohnen. Das heißt konkret, dass wir manche Lebensmittel teilen, der Garten gemeinsam gestaltet und geplegt wird und sich generell jeder einbringen darf und soll.
Wir haben eine Katze mit dem Namen Luzie - du solltest also keine Katzenhaarallergie haben.

we are searching for a flatmate from 15th of June to end of September. The ending date of your stay is actually flexible, so you could stay to the end of August only or even stay permanently until summer 2016, if we get along fine.
We are living in a big house with garden, terrace, barbecue, living area and a cat named Luzie :) Which means you get a lot of luxury, but also means you should be aware that this has to be taken care of, e.g. taking your turn on cleaning the living areas, feeding the cat ...
