Hi, I am looking for a replacement as I am finished with my studies and moving out. The best thing is you will be only contracting for 4 months at beginning (as you will be replacing me) and then you can decide whether to extend your contract or move out.
The flat is shared by two students. There are two separate bed rooms, shared fully equipped kitchen (2 people only) and a bathroom(2 people), basement where you can use washing machines, dry clothes and store your frozen foods. The room is 12 m. square and everything is equipped. The room is bright, has a nice view of backyard and quite.
There is also a open private backyard where you can have your workout, summer party and BBQ.
The total rent is (280+70) all inclusive.

The tram number 3 runs the street and the stop is called Elisabethstrasse. The house is located at Eintrachtstrasse house no . 69 The tram stop is only a minute walking distance from the WG and it takes 12 minutes to get into city center and 5 stops away from Shopping Mall Waterfront. Aldi and Rewe are only two stops away.
The whole house is shared by only 6 international students. All of them are very nice friendly and helpful and love to have fun together. The landlord does not live in the same building and he is also very friendly and helpful man.
