Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und liegt zwischen zwei Schlafzimmern. Es ist möbliert mit einem Einzelbett, einem kleinen Sofa, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, und einem kleinen Schrank.
Das Zimmer ist Teil der 5-Zimmer WG, die eine Gemeinschaftsküche und zwei Bäder hat.
Für die Möbel und das Zimmer berechnen wir eine Kaution von 200€.

The room is very bright and is between two bedrooms. It is furnished with a single bed, a small sofa, a desk with chair, and a small wardrobe.
The room is part of the 5-bedroom shared flat, which has a shared kitchen and two bathrooms.
We charge a deposit of 200€ for the furniture and the room.
Das Mehrfamilienhaus liegt unweit der Haltestelle Gröpelingen. Ins Stadtzentrum kann man auch gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren (ca. 35min). Gröpelingen ist ein sehr internationaler, bunter Stadtteil, und auf der Gröpelinger Heerstr. findet man Läden aller Art, während das Waterfront Shopping Center auch nicht weit weg ist. Entspannen kann man am besten im Park um die Ecke, oder man radelt bis zum Knoops Park.

The house is located close to the tram stop Gröpelingen. From there, it is only a short bike ride to the city centre (ca. 35min). Gröpelingen is a really international, colorful area of Bremen. You can find all kinds of shops on Gröpelinger Heerstr., while Waterfront Shopping Centre is also close. To relax, you can go to the park around the corner, as well as take a short bike trip to Knoops Park.
In der Wohnung leben junge Leute, die in Bremen ihren Freiwilligendienst über das ESK Programm machen. Dementsprechend ist das Zusammenleben bunt, es wird gerne gemeinsam gekocht, Spiele gespielt, Fahrradtouren unternommen, etc. - es ist keine Zweck-WG.

There are young people living in the flat - all of them are spending their voluntary service on the ESC programme in Bremen. Life in the flat is vibrant, they often cook together, play boardgames,
take bike trips around the local area etc. - community life is valued more than mere anonymous cohabitation.
Die WG wird vom Verein NaturKultur Bremen e.V. verwaltet, über den die Freiwilligen in Bremen sind. Ich (Lina), Mitarbeiterin des Vereins, habe hier die Anzeige erstellt, und würde mich mit dir für ein erstes Gespräch verabreden. Anschließend würdest du auch mit den Freiwilligen online sprechen, die dir gerne eine Online Tour des Zimmers geben werden, und so könnt ihr schauen, ob ihr zusammenpasst. :)
Als Verein übernehmen wir als Hauptmieter die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, eventuellen Handwerkern etc. und schließen mit dir einen Untermietervertrag. Das Zimmer wird bis Ende Oktober untervermietet, eventuell geht es länger. Ein Einzug zum 01.10. ist ebenfalls möglich.

The WG is coordinated by the NGO NaturKultur Bremen e.V., as the volunteers are hosted on our projects in Bremen. I (Lina) am a member of the organisation and created this ad. We can meet for a first online call, after that you can arrange a call with the flatmates to get to know each other, have an online tour of the room and see if you want to live together.
As the main tenant of the flat, we are in charge of the communication with the house owner, technicians whenever required etc. and will set up a subletting contract with you. The room will be sublet until end of October. The contract can potentially be extended, also moving in on 1st of October is possible.
Please contact us with a short text about yourself through the WG-Gesucht messaging system. Please tell us why you are coming to Bremen, which languages you speak and what you expect from living together in the house. We will not reply to short standard texts without these informations.
