zum 1.1.10 suche ich eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 70 qm groß. Das zuvermietende Zimmer ist 16 qm groß mit Balkon, von dem man auf die Weser gucken kann. Es gibt noch einen weiteren Balkon mit Blick auf einen Garten. Es gehört noch ein Wohnzimmer zur Wohnung und natürlich Küche und Bad.
Ein Kellerraum steht auch zur Verfügung.
Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 3 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Mit der Bahn ist man in ungefähr 7 Min. im Viertel.
Die Miete beträgt 263,00€ warm + Strom.
