Ich möchte ein kleines 12 qm großes Zimmer vermieten. Es hat trotz seiner Größe zwei große Fenster und ist damit richtig schön hell.
Der Boden ist mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt.
Wenn ihr wollt ist das Zimmer auch möbiliert zu vergeben. Raumaustattung wäre dann: Eine ältere Couch, Schreibtisch, Schrank u. ein Regal.
Die Fotos sind von meinem alten Mitbewohner. Der Raum sieht dann natürlich nicht mehr so aus. Aber ich habe sie angehängt, damit man sehen kann wie es in etwa aussehen kann.
Das Zimmer liegt in der Föhrenstraße 64 b.
Das große Hansa Carré ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Dort findet man alle Geschäfte die man so braucht und noch mehr.
Mit der Straßenbahn dauert es bis in die Innenstadt so 15-20 Minuten, je nachdem wohin man möchte.
Will man zum Hauptbahnhof kann man vom Bahnhof Sebaldsbrück in 6 Minuten dorthin fahren.
Zu der Wohnung gehören zwei Kellerräume.
