Queere WG (mit Kind) sucht 1 neues Mitbewohni

Wir wohnen in Hastedt neben dem Bauhaus Baumarkt.
Die Wohnung ist im 3.Stock, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl, aber leider sind es ca. 10 Stufen von der Haustür bis zu diesem.
Da es sich vermutlich um ein altes Bürogebäude oder Ähnliches handelt, gibt es in allen Zimmern sehr hohe Decken, in deinem potentiellen neuen Zimmer ganz besonders!
Wir haben einen schönen Ausblick auf die Kleingärten und keine anderen Gebäude in direkter Nähe sind auf unserer Höhe.

Wir haben Lust auf gemeinschaftliches Wohnen und da wir ein linkspolitisches Grundverständnis haben, wünschen wir uns das auch von unseren zukünftigen Mitbewohnis. Wir ernähren uns undogmatisch vegetarisch/vegan, finden rauchen nur außerhalb des Hauses cool und haben Null-Bock auf Macker-Typen.

Wir "Erwachsenen" sind so um die 30 Jahre alt, weiß, queer und sitzen gerne zusammen bei Kaffee oder abendliches chillen mit Feierabend-Heißgetränk. Manche von uns mögen Sport, manche Kunst-Kram, manche sind politisch aktiv und manche lieben Comics oder Pflanzen, oder backen viel veganen Kuchen. Es wurde auch schon so manches Puzzle zusammen gemacht und Punkrock ist cool! Wir teilen gerne unseren Alltag, solange bis wir uns auf die Nerven gehen und dann doch wieder in unseren eigenen Zimmern verschwinden. Zumindest bis zum Abendessen, wo oft eine Person für alle kocht :)
Das Kind geht in die zweite Klasse und ist manchmal auch bei seinen anderen Elternteilen in Bremen/Bremer-Umland. Diese sind unter der Woche auch oft bei uns und du kannst sie auch noch kennenlernen bevor du bei uns einziehst.

Eine Person teilt sich ihr Zimmer mit 2 Meerschweinchen. Deshalb sind Katzen schwierig bis unmöglich, und Hunde müssten da auf jeden Fall einen Wesenstest bestehen.

Room

Hello everyone!

We are 5 grown-ups and one 8 years-old child, and we have a room available in our apartment!

The room has 20 square meters and is available from the 01.02.2023 (See room 9 on the floor plan of the apartment). In the apartment there is one kitchen with an eating area connected to it, one living room, one guest room (guests are more than welcome!) and two bathrooms. We have very big windows, meaning that the apartment gets a lot of light.

Area

We live in Hastedt, by a Bauhaus store. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator, but unfortunately there are 10 steps before you get there. As we believe it was originally an office building, all the rooms have high ceilings, particularly in your potential new room! There are no buildings in the area with the same height as ours, meaning you also get a cool view from your window.

WG Life

We love living and spending time together and, as we share some leftist notions, we also want that from our next flatmate. We eat vegetarian/vegan (undogmatically), we don't want people smoking inside the apartment and have zero tolerance with toxic masculinity.

We, the grown-ups, are roughly around 30 years-old, white, queer and love sitting together for breakfast or for a chill evening with warm drinks. Some of us like sports, some of us are into art, some are politically active, some like comics, plants or simply baking vegan cakes (yay!). We also like puzzles and punk rock is definitely cool! We enjoy sharing our daily lives, but are also cool with disappearing in our rooms once we had enough of each other. At least until the evening, where often one person cooks for everyone.

The child goes to primary school and is also often spending time with the other parents/relatives in the Bremen area. These are also often visiting us during the week, and you can of course get to know them before moving to our apartment.

Miscellaneous

One of us has 2 guinea pigs in the room. This means that it is complicated, or even impossible, to have cats here. With dogs, we need to try it out first to see if they get along.
