wir (Martin, 25; Nina, 21 & Tine, 21) - alle studierend - suchen eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner für unsere 4er-WG in Horn-Lehe, weil unser derzeitiger Mitbewohner eine Stelle in Holland annimmt.

Dort kann man sich im Sommer entspannt auf den Rasen chillen oder fette Grillpartys feiern. Der nächste Anlass wird deine Einweihungsparty sein.
Das Zimmer (14,5m²) ist unmöbliert und mit Laminat ausgelegt. Ansonsten hat es eine Tür nach draußen und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank.
Dazu ist die Wohnung für eine Studentenbude top! Das Wohnzimmer ist für Partys als Sitz- und Tanzfläche groß genug und ist mit den Sofas drin richtig gemütlich. Ins Esszimmer setzen wir uns häufig, um unsere Kochkünste zu präsentieren, Unikram zu machen oder einfach nur zu schnacken. Unsere Küche ist mit Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Ofen mit vier Herdplatten, einem Kühlschrank und allerlei nützlichen Küchengerätschaften ausgerüstet. Gut wäre es, wenn du vielleicht noch einen Kühlschrank beisteuern könntest, aber nicht notwendig. Wir haben zwei Bäder, das eine ist mit Dusche UND Badewanne ausgestattet.

we (Martin, 25; Nina, 21 & Tine, 21) – all studying – are looking for a new flatmate in our shared house in Horn-Lehe because our flatmate is starting a job in the Netherlands.

The room (14,5m²) is unfurnished and is floored with laminate. It has one door to the outside and a walk-in closet.
The house is perfect as a student's home. The living room is big enough for parties for sitting and dancing, and is also really cosy with couches. We often use the dining room to present our cooking skills, do uni stuff or just to chat. Our kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven with 4 hotplates, a fridge and a lot more useful kitchen utensils. It would be good if you could bring another fridge, but not necessary. We have two bathrooms, one is equipped with shower AND bathtub.
Unsere Nachbarn sind sehr liebenswert und wir fühlen uns in der Nachbarschaft supergut aufgehoben.
Eine Gehminute entfernt steht ein Rewe, dazu kommen diverse Supermärkte in näherer Umgebung. Außerdem sind auch Pizzeria und Dönerladen, Sparkasse etc. nicht mehr als einen Fußweg entfernt.
Beim Rewe ist die Haltestelle der Buslinie 31, die direkt zur Uni durchfährt (ca. 9 Minuten). 5 Minuten Fußweg und man erreicht die Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 4, die direkt in die Innenstadt fährt.
Ein kleiner See und Parkgelände sind nicht weit, dazu bietet die Umgebung vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Laufen gehen und Radfahren.
Our neighbours are really lovely and we feel that we are in good company here.
One minute by foot is a Rewe, and several other supermarkets are also in close vicinity. Additionally there is a pizza place and döner shop, Sparkasse etc. within walking distance. At Rewe, there is a bus stop which takes you directly to uni (approx. 9 minutes). A 5 minute walk will bring you to the tram stop of tram 4 which brings you directly to the city center.
A small lake and park are not far and the environment offers a lot of possibilities to go running and cycling.
Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass nur jemand einzieht, der keine Zweck-WG sucht, sondern auch mal Lust auf Kochen, Filmeabende oder einfach nur auf ein Feierabendbier hat, wobei man sich natürlich auch zurückziehen kann. Denn unser Haus hat ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer und eine Küche, in der man sich auch zu viert nicht auf die Füße tritt, gleichzeitig sind die Zimmer jedes einzelnen aber relativ weit auseinander, wodurch man dann auch wirklich Privatsphäre hat.
Sauberkeit ist uns sehr wichtig, mit vier Leuten beschränkt sich das Badputzen allerdings pro Person auf 1x im Monat.
For us it is important to find someone who is interested in spending time together with us - cooking, watching movies or just an after-work beer. - although this doesn't mean that you can't have time alone. Our house has a big living room, a dining room and a kitchen, which is big enough for four persons and the rooms are quite far apart from each other so that you really have your privacy.
Cleanliness is very important to us, and with 4 flatmates, each has to clean the bathroom once a month.
Mit Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten und Strom, Heizung, Internet, GEZ, etc. liegen wir bei rund 329€/Monat und Person. Des Weiteren ist einmalig eine Kaution zu bezahlen und eine Abschlagsgebühr an unseren derzeitigen Mitbewohner, die noch nicht genau feststeht.

With rent, additional costs, electricity, heating, internet, etc. it is about 329€ per month and person. Additionally you have to pay a security deposit and an installment for your share in the communal furniture and appliances (the value is not evaluated yet) to our current flatmate.
