Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stockewerk eines der Studentenwohnheime an der Spittaler Straße. Das Zimmer ist praktischerweise rechteckig geschnitten und außerdem möbliert mit allem was man braucht (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Stühle,…). Falls du gern deine eigenen Möbel mitbringen möchtest kannst du das natürlich auch tun und die anderen Möbel auslagern :)
Küche und Bad sind auch komplett ausgestattet und außerdem muss man sich nicht um Nebenkosten/ Internetanschluss usw. kümmern, da das alles in der Pauschalmiete von 290€ miteinbegriffen ist. Waschmaschinen und Trockner gibt es im Wäscheraum, die Benutzung läuft über die Mensa-Karte, die ja eigentlich jede*r Studierende besitzt.
The apartment is on 2nd floor. It provides all necessary furniture (such as Bed, wardrobe, shelfs, tables, chairs,…) and it also comes with everything one could need in the kitchen or bathroom.
The rent is 290€ including everything (like heating, Internet,…). Additionally it also has laundry rooms.
Das Wohnheim liegt direkt am Campus! Die Räume an der Grazer Straße und die Unicom-Gebäude sind wirklich direkt nebenan, aber auch zum Boulevard (also zu fast allen anderen Uni-Gebäuden) sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß oder mit Fahrrad.
Die Supermärkte an der Uni sind dementsprechend auch total schnell zu erreichen, wenn du 5 Minuten länger Zeit hast, kannst du mit Fahrrad auch noch mehr Supermärkte und Drogerien erreichen.
Parkplätze für Autos und überdachte Fahrradständer gibt es kostenlos direkt vor der Wohnung. Ansonsten ist aber auch die Haltestelle Uni-Ost (Linie 26) direkt vor der Wohnung. Die Linie 6 (fährt zum Beispiel zum Bahnhof oder in die Innenstadt) ist auch total schnell zu erreichen :)
The apartment is very close to all buildings belonging to the University of Bremen. No matter where your courses take place, it wont take you more than a few minutes walk/ bike ride to get there. It is possible to park bikes and cars right next to the house and lines 22 an 6 are reachable within a few minutes.
Zusammen leben würdest du mit Mac (21). Er kommt eigentlich aus den USA und studiert aktuell in Bremen Business. Er spricht natürlich super gut Englisch, aber auch immer mehr Deutsch. Bisher war die Kommunikation wirklich noch bei ein Problem.
Abends haben wir gerne mal zusammen gegessen oder einfach nur so ein bisschen gequatscht oder auch mal was getrunken. Da es ja aber praktisch eine neue WG wird, ist es wirklich total offen wie das in Zukunft aussieht :)
Ich (w,19) habe mich auf jeden Fall total wohl gefühlt und hatte Spaß daran auch mal gemeinsam was zu machen!
Your roommate will be Mac (21) who is from the US. At the moment he studies Business in Bremen. He speaks english fluently since it is his first language!
In the evening me (w,21) an Mac liked to have dinner or some drinks together and talked about the day. But of course in the future you can handle it as you would like to. If you want some company its alright, but its also fine if you just want to spend some time alone :)
Wichtig ist, dass die Wohnung vom Studierendenwerk Bremen vermietet wird. Das bedeutet, dass man im Raum Bremen immatrikuliert sein muss, um hier wohnen zu können. Wenn das zutrifft ist es wirklich super praktisch und leicht in ein Wohnheim zu ziehen :)
Die Miete von 290€ ist pauschal, also warm inclusive Internet und allem anderen was man sich so vorstellen kann. Falls mal etwas kaputt geht, ist der Hausmeister immer schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ungefähr 40qm groß. Laut Mietvertrag ist also dein Wohnraum (Zimmer + Hälfte der gemeinsam genutzten Räume) 19,5qm groß.
Die Wohnung ist prinzipiell schon ab sofort zu beziehen, perfekt wäre es zum 01.05. Da bin ich aber total flexibel und kann mich da gerne so anpassen wie es dir am besten passt!

It is very important that in Order to be allowed to live here, you have to be enrolled in a University that belongs to Bremen.
You could move in whenever you want, the 1st of May would be perfect!
