Liebe Wg-Suchenden,
ich suche eine Nachmieterin für ein helles Zimmer in einer bunten, etwas chaotischen, liebenswürdigen 8er- Wg im Studentenwohnheim Vorstraße. Die Miete für das helle Zimmer mit Blick ins Grüne liegt inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Internet bei 205 Euro. Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer, das an die Küche anschließt und ein Balkon, auf dem wir gerne grillen, Petersilie anpflanzen, rauchen oder uns sonnen. Bei den Mitbewohnern(4m,3w)handelt es sich um Studenten, die Psychologie,Kunsttherapie,Biologie, Politikwissenschaften...studieren und alle zwischen 20 und 32 Jahre alt sind.
