Das Zimmer ist 13 qm groß und möbliert. Also sind ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, Regal und Stuhl vorhanden. Die WG wurde erst vor einem Jahr grundsaniert, also sieht auch noch alles aus wie neu;) Zur WG gehören natürlich noch ein Bad und eine in Relation sehr große Küche, die gleichzeitig als Aufenthaltsraum dienen kann.
Im Mietpreis ist alles enthalten, auch WLAN und Fernsehen.
Das Studentenwohnheim Horn-Lehe liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uni, in unter 10 Minuten ist man dort. Eine Haltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Haustür (4,5,21,31,33,34), in etwa 20 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr gut, Lestra, Lidl, Aldi und Rewe sind schnell erreichbar.
Wir sind Studenten an der Hochschule bzw. an der Uni (5./3. Semester) und kochen auch zusammen oder gehen abends mal weg. Wir sind aufgeschlossene Menschen und freuen uns, dich/euch kennenzulernen:)
