Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Küche mag zwar nicht die größte sein, ist aber mit Backofen, Tiefkühlschrank, Sandwichmaker etc. sehr gut ausgestattet und reicht vollkommen zu gemeinsamen kochen. Eine Waschmaschine befindet sich im Nebenhaus, lässt sich aber nur mit der Mensacard bedienen.
Die WG liegt im wunderschön Stadtteil Horn. Bis auf die Uni (10min zu Fuß) gibt es hier aber leider nicht wirklich viel oder ich bin einfach zu faul, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Allerdings kommt man mit der Linie 6 wunderbar in die Innenstadt, wo man alles findet was man braucht.
Ich (20) studiere momentan Chemie . Dazu suche ich noch eine Person, die sich nicht nur in ihrem Zimmer verschanzt. Gemeinsames Kochen oder mal ein Bierchen trinken, wäre schon mal ein guter Anfang.
Dieses Zimmer ist nur von Studenten beziehbar. Es gibt eine nette Mietpreisminderung von 10% wegen einer defekten Klingel, was auch nicht mehr repariert wird.
Wenn ich dein Interesse wecken konnte, würde ich mich über eine Antwort, die länger als 2 Sätze ist, freuen.
